Windows Configuration Designer の起動時にエラーが出る、の対処方法

エラー内容

Error!
An unexpected error occurred. You cannot create or view projects in simple editor.

Defender の設定で、

• 「リアルタイム保護」をオフにする

または

• 「フォルダーアクセスの制御を管理する」→「コントロールされたフォルダーアクセス」をオンにする

で起動できるようになる。
